Recipient Baseball Program Requirements

Baseball programs must meet the following criteria to be considered for donations:

· Non-profit in nature: the projects must not seek profit from the training of baseball players.
· A clear need for the equipment requested.
· Baseball program and community organizers must exhibit the ability to teach baseball rules and skills, and demonstrate a serious dedication to the programs and their continuation.
· Equipment will not be re-sold under any circumstances.
· Baseball programs must have no record of misappropriation of donations based on a background check.

Baseball programs are required to provide the following information and documents to be approved for donations:

· Official organizing documentation.
· Completed Project Béisbol donation application.
· Signed and notarized affidavit of compliance with Project Béisbol policies.
· Detailed list of baseball supplies needed to function.
· Statement of necessity signed by program director.

As a final measure, a Project Béisbol representative carries out an on-site inspection and interviews the organization before approval
