Marketing Coordinator 


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and implementing online marketing strategies in line with organizational goals, graphic design, social media and website management. The new coordinator should have ample digital marketing experience and be able to develop projects independently. This position is remote, requiring excellent time and project management skills. The Coordinator will report directly to the President of Project Beisbol, and collaborate with fellow staff members and volunteers. As Project Beisbol operates in an international setting, fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Our new team members will be invited to participate in different activities and events in the USA and Colombia from time to time, as well as expected to assist with administrative tasks as needed. 

Location: Remote/independent work. As Project Béisbol primarily operates in Colombia, the ideal candidate would live in Colombia. Therefore, the salary offered is based on Colombian industry standards. 

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, weekdays

Start Date: December 1, 2022


Contract Type: Independent contractor (prestación de servicios)


Length: 6 months with planned extension if goals met

  • Video Production (major plus) 

  • Support all areas of Development and Fundraising in the USA and Colombia

  • Administrative tasks as needed

  • Community and program visits and events (as needed) 


Required Skills and Software Programs

  • Graphic design - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. 

  • Bi-lingual English and Spanish

  • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, You Tube, Linked In, TikTok management experience

  • Excellent written communications skills, ample experience with online content

  • Strong project management skills with history of completing projects on time

  • Website management experience - Wordpress

  • Word, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Google Suite - Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Analytics

  • Video production platform experience (preferred)

  • Passion for baseball and softball a plus

  • Experience with non-profits a plus
